We want you to love your Objkts jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry back into its original branded packaging and secure it in a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
